Persona HR & Quality Consulting has been founded from home since 2005 in the United Arab Emirates. The PERSONA is the mask we wear.

The word "persona" comes from the Greek word for the large masks that early Greek actors would use to portray their characters. So, the persona is the mask or role that a person plays in society. In organizations, employees tend to put on a mask that they want their superiors and others to see. This makes them hide their potential and much of the time hide their potential talents. Our consultancy works intimately with clients to support a strategy of "unmasking human potential and talents".

It is a future thought leader and strategy execution consultancy.
